The Role & Global Operations

Our Sarajevo team is a vital pillar of our global operations, working in tandem with our London headquarters to deliver world-class talent solutions. As a Fashion Recruiter in this hub, you will leverage The Bureau's 15-year legacy to manage the full talent lifecycle for our international clients. You will be responsible for headhunting the industry's most sought-after creative and technical talent, conducting portfolio assessments, and maintaining the high "Bureau standard" of quality across global placements in Design, Technical, Product Development and other fields.

This is a full-time position governed by a formal Bosnian employment contract, ensuring all standard state contributions, health insurance, and pension are fully covered. In addition to a stable base salary, we offer a rewarding bonus structure that directly reflects your impact on our global growth.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who understands that fashion recruitment is as much about aesthetic intuition as it is about data. Given our global client base and the integrated nature of our Sarajevo and London offices, perfect professional English is a non-negotiable requirement. You should be someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is excited by the prospect of representing an agency with a decade and a half of history at the highest levels of the fashion world.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from initial briefing and headhunting to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage "passive" talent via LinkedIn, industry networks, and our internal database across key areas: Design, Technical, Product Development and others.
• Portfolio & CV Assessment: Review creative portfolios and technical CVs to ensure candidates meet the high standards of our premium and luxury clients.
• Candidate Experience: Conduct initial screenings and provide career guidance (CV/Portfolio reviews) to candidates, maintaining Bureau Talent's reputation for "honest, informed advice."
• Market Mapping: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging fashion hubs to provide insights to our UK-based team.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring we have a diverse and ready pool for upcoming roles.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience within the fashion, creative, or luxury sectors is mandatory.
• Language: Excellent professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will be communicating daily with UK clients and international candidates.
• Eye for Design: A genuine interest in fashion and the ability to distinguish between high-street and luxury aesthetic standards.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and digital communication tools is preferred (eg. Monday.com, Mediaslide, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "talk fashion" with creative directors and technical experts alike.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: The ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while staying highly motivated and organized.
